Healing Journey Virtual Primary Care is not traditional concierge medicine. However, our Premium Membership offers concierge-level benefits such as 24/7 access, extended hours, priority scheduling, coordinated specialty care, and Intelligent Home Office integration.

Yes. You can choose video or audio-only visits.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 10-minute call to help you learn more.

Clinical Scope

We care for most issues that can be safely treated through virtual primary care, including chronic conditions, preventive care needs, mental health concerns, dermatology, and everyday medical issues.

No. We do not prescribe any controlled substances. This includes:

• ADHD medications

• Anxiety medications in the benzodiazepine family

• Narcotic pain medications

• Sleep medications such as Ambien

No, Healing Journey Virtual Primary Care does not diagnose or treat ADHD or prescribe ADHD medications.

Not at this time.

No, hormone replacement or testosterone therapy is not included.

We do not provide ongoing treatment for chronic pain that requires controlled medications.

Healing Journey Virtual Primary Care does not provide prenatal or obstetric care.

Mental Health

We support patients with:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Sleep concerns

• Stress

• Emotional and relationship strain

We prescribe non-controlled psychiatric medications when appropriate.

If symptoms are severe or require specialized care, we may recommend in-person treatment or additional support.

Dermatology

We help with acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, skin infections, and many other common non-cosmetic dermatologic issues.

No. Cosmetic treatments such as anti-aging care or hair-loss treatment are not included.

Labs & Referrals

We work with Quest, LabCorp, and other labs. You may choose whichever location is most convenient.

Lab orders are included. Lab companies bill patients or their insurance for the tests.

Yes. We can order X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRI scans when needed.

Premium Members receive coordinated specialty care. Core Members receive referral guidance.

Medications

Yes. We prescribe a wide range of routine and preventive medications based on your health needs.

Yes, as long as they are appropriate for virtual care.

Premium vs Core

Core Membership includes all primary care services, same/next-day visits, messaging, mental health support, dermatology, preventive care, lab orders, medication management, and referral guidance.

Premium Membership adds:

Insurance

Healing Journey Virtual Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership or visits.

However, you may use your insurance for:

• Lab work

• Imaging

• Medications

• Specialist visits

Membership-based care allows longer visits, faster access, more communication, and predictable pricing — without deductibles, copays, or surprise bills.

Yes. You may use insurance at any lab or imaging facility.

Many patients with high-deductible plans pair Healing Journey Virtual Primary Care with their insurance to lower overall healthcare spending. Insurance covers major medical needs; we cover everyday care.

Yes, upon request.

Yes. We can help you access affordable cash-pay rates.

Policies & Legal

No. Emergencies should be handled by calling 911 or visiting the emergency room.

We do not complete:

• Disability forms

• FMLA forms

• Workers compensation evaluations

• DOT physicals

• Medical marijuana evaluations

You may cancel at any time through the patient portal. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Yes. All information is protected under HIPAA and stored securely.
